Panorama Photography Forums 360 Rage

Dear Panorama-community,

I'm looking for some software (with or without costs), with that I can automatically blurring faces and licence numbers on pics –.jpg / .bmp etc (no videos !).
If this software can achieve batch processing of complete folders, so it would be the perfect thing for my tens of thousands of virtual panoramas (it´s almost impossible to make it manual pic per pic).
As a result it should working similar like the technic of Street View and norc, if such a thing is available on the software market.

Would be really nice, if someone can help a despaired german user .
