full screen players

Quicktime, Java Applets, Flash, or Shockwave?

full screen players

hi,

I am somehow new to this activity, so you'll excuse me if my questions.
I am looking for the player to fulfill the following demands: come with the perfect resources to integrate scripts, to be real full screen, to have a smooth movement and to recognize most formats of panos.
So, imho I think the winner would be DevalVR unless it would run also on different platforms.
I have seen panos in Java and there is almost a full-screen as well as for quicktime but actually there isn't.

So the last (and actually - considering the movement troubles and the quality - the worst) is the flash 9.

here is one of mine

I like the http://www.flashpanoramas.com/ player.... and it accepts quicktime :)

See here: http://www.istanbul-pictures.com/panoramas.php for a comparison between the flash and quicktime players, with the same .mov file....

Nice....

Its pano2qtvr right? Seems a bit slower in rotation, not as smooth, as the flashpanoramas one, but could be your settings....

yes Bert, pano2qtvr (I've heard pano2qvr is more versatile but I still don't know my way around the stitching and color errors)

here are new ones - very compressed - so the result is unsatisfactory; nevertheless, until Fiero finishes the OpenGL version of DevalVR there is no competitor to flash.
