I am new to using a fisheye lens with PTgui. Can you please walk me
thru the process of creating a pano using PTgui, Canon 5d with a Sigma
15mm fisheye. I use a tripod with a pano head adjusted for the
correct entrance pupil sitting. I just am unable to come up the
correct sittings for PTgui.

Hi Richard, please download this PTGui sample project file:

Just load your images in PTGui, and apply the the above project as a template.

It probably wont "fit" your set-up perfectly, but if you press "generate control points", the result will probably be stitchable.

how do you get all of the pictures color to match?

I downloaded the demo shots from Precision360 and the template for PTMac, I couldn't get the colors to match.

I am patiently awaiting the arrival of the Sigma 15mm lens and precision360-:-)


I did get PTMac and I am ready

I will ask more later.

Color Match?

What do you mean, the sample pics are with manual white balance, so they should match.....

Ha waiting for the 360P.....

I had an 360Precision upgrade ordered for my 350D / 8mm to 5D / 15mm, took long before it arrived, and when it arrived IT DIDN'T FIT the camera..

They promised me to send a replacement, and this is 5 months ago. I asked a few times about it, and yes I was on the "waiting list"... I stopped asking. Many people have (had) problems with their service.... I am a bit sick of their attitude. Some people praise them into heaven however..

I solved it with and extra ring to mount the camera.

What do you mean settings?

What is a good setting on the camera for good detail, the auto settting doesn't give me all the detail i want.

I am using the 5D and Sigma 15mm.

I am using a Mac hence PTMac.

I seen your posts on the 360p website forum. I might try to get Matt to help me config the template.
